Zimbabwe Outclass Sri Lanka in One-Sided Tri-Series Opener

Zimbabwe defeated Sri Lanka by 67 runs in the opening match of the Pakistan T20I Tri-Series 2025 at Rawalpindi. Sri Lanka struggled while chasing and were all out for 95. Only Dasun Shanaka managed a notable score of 34. Zimbabwe’s bowlers, led by Brad Evans with 3 wickets for 9 runs, maintained tight control and triggered a complete batting collapse.

This victory is Zimbabwe’s biggest T20I win against a Full Member nation and gives the team a major confidence boost. Sikandar Raza was named Player of the Match for his excellent all-round performance.
