1. Who we are and how to contact us

The Site is operated by Masscom (Pvt) Ltd. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights described below, contact us at info@batss.lk.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us — for example if you contact us by email, or subscribe to updates. For general reading of the Site we do not require you to create an account.
• Information collected automatically — when you visit the Site we and our service providers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and similar technologies").
• Information from advertising and analytics partners — our advertising and analytics partners (see below) may collect information about your interaction with advertisements and content, and may combine it with information they hold, to measure and personalise advertising.

3. How we use information

• To operate, maintain and improve the Site and its content;
• To display and measure advertising, including reporting on impressions and clicks;
• To understand how the Site is used through analytics;
• To respond to your enquiries; and
• To comply with legal obligations and protect the security and integrity of the Site.

4. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising. We work with Google (through Google Ad Manager) and with direct advertisers whose campaigns we serve ourselves. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and — where you have consented — to personalise the ads you see based on your interests.

Some advertising on the Site may promote betting or gaming services supplied by third-party advertisers. Such advertising is the responsibility of the advertiser. We do not operate any betting or gaming service, we do not process any wager or payment for such services, and the presence of an advertisement is not an endorsement. Any betting or gaming service is subject to that provider’s own terms, eligibility conditions and age restrictions, and to the laws that apply to you.

You must be of legal age to view or act on gambling-related advertising in your jurisdiction. If you do not wish to see personalised advertising, you can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your choices and consent").

5. Analytics

We use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. These services set cookies and process technical data as described above. Where required, analytics runs only after you have given consent, and we use consent-mode signals so that measurement respects your choice.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Site, and — subject to your consent — analytics and advertising cookies. When you first visit the Site you will be shown a consent banner (our consent management platform) allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies, and to change your choice later.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

7. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who host the Site, deliver advertising, and provide analytics, acting on our instructions;
• Advertising partners as described under "Advertising", where you have consented to personalised advertising;
• Authorities or third parties where we are required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

8. International transfers

Our service providers (including hosting, advertising and analytics) may process information on servers located outside Sri Lanka. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps intended to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

9. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to our partners’ standard retention periods.

10. Your choices and consent

• Consent — you can accept or reject non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies through the consent banner, and change your choice at any time.
• Personalised advertising — you can opt out of personalised advertising via the consent banner and through Google’s Ads Settings.
• Access and correction — you may ask us what information we hold about you and to correct it, by contacting us at info@batss.lk.
• Browser controls — you can manage or delete cookies in your browser.

11. Children

The Site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising that promotes age-restricted products, including any betting or gaming advertising, is intended only for persons of legal age.

12. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.

14. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
