Nepal will host the 2026 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier from January 12 to February 2, 2026. Ten international teams will compete for four coveted spots in the main World Cup, which is set to take place in England and Wales later that year.
The tournament format includes two groups of five teams, followed by a Super Six stage and a final to determine the qualifiers. Teams already confirmed include Bangladesh and Ireland, who earned automatic entry, along with Nepal and Thailand through the Asia regional pathway. The USA also qualified from the Americas region, while the remaining spots will be filled by teams from Africa, Europe, and East Asia-Pacific qualifiers.
Matches will be held across two venues in Mulpani, Kathmandu, providing a stunning and unique setting for the competition.
