Sri Lanka’s Under-19 Women’s cricket team achieved a historic 5-0 series sweep against Australia, showcasing their dominance in both T20 and Youth ODI formats. The series took place in September 2025 at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.

The series began with Sri Lanka winning the first T20I by 25 runs, followed by a 29-run victory in the second match. They continued their winning streak in the third and fourth T20Is, with wins by 6 wickets and 9 runs respectively under the DLS method. In the one-off Youth ODI, Sri Lanka secured a commanding 180-run victory. The series concluded with a final T20I win by 86 runs, completing a clean sweep.

Several players stood out during the series. Chamodi Praboda impressed as a key wicket-taker, while Rismi Sanjana and Aseni Thalagune were effective bowlers in the fourth T20I. Rashmi Nethranjali earned Player of the Match honors in the Youth ODI for her all-round performance.
