FIFA has sold over 1 million tickets for the 2026 FIFA World Cup during the first phase, the Visa Presale Draw. Fans from 212 countries and territories applied. The highest demand came from the host nations — the United States, Canada, and Mexico — followed by England, Germany, Brazil, Spain, Colombia, Argentina, and France.

The Visa Presale Draw attracted more than 4.5 million applicants. Selected fans started buying tickets on October 1, 2025. The next phase, the Early Ticket Draw, opens on October 27, 2025. Fans can buy individual match tickets, venue-specific, or team-specific packages.

The 2026 World Cup will feature 48 teams playing 104 matches across 16 cities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The tournament runs from June 11 to July 19, 2026. FIFA President Gianni Infantino praised the global excitement and said the event will set a new standard for inclusivity and fan engagement.
