“The tour brings together sport, music, and culture for an unforgettable fan experience.”
Football legend Lionel Messi is returning to India after 14 years for his GOAT Tour 2025, starting on December 13. The tour will visit four major cities: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi, running through December 15.
In Kolkata, the tour kicks off at Salt Lake Stadium with meet-and-greets, a GOAT Cup 7v7 match, concerts, and the unveiling of a 70-foot Messi statue. Hyderabad will host celebrity matches and special fan experiences, including photo opportunities and interactive events with Messi, Luis Suarez, and Rodrigo De Paul.
Mumbai and Delhi will feature football clinics, masterclasses, cultural events, and celebrations. In Delhi, Messi will also meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The tour combines sport, entertainment, and fan engagement, offering opportunities for fans to watch matches, meet their idols, and enjoy concerts and festivals. Tickets vary by city, with premium experiences like meet-and-greets available at higher prices.
Organizers say the tour aims to celebrate football in India, inspire young fans, and bring global sporting stars closer to Indian audiences.
