The All-Island Netball Championship will run on January 31 and February 1 at the Air Force Ground in Slave Island, Colombo. This long-running tournament ranks among Sri Lanka’s most popular netball events. Teams from across the country will compete in a two-day contest full of excitement and high-level competition.

About 150 teams will take part this year. Players will represent clubs, schools, universities, banks, government institutions, and mercantile organizations. The tournament includes several categories, allowing both experienced players and young talent to showcase their skills. Many scouts and coaches often attend to spot emerging talent.

Teams must submit entries by January 23. Officials will hold the tournament draw on January 28 at the National Institute of Sports Science in Colombo. Spectators can expect fast-paced matches and thrilling performances throughout the two days.
